Notice for Pre-Bid Conference
1. With reference to the “Invitation of bids for grant of Mining Lease for Bauxite, Copper,Iron ore, Limestone, Manganese and Tungsten Minerals”datedJune 13, 2016and “Invitation of bids for grant of Mining Lease for Bauxite Mineral” dated June 22, 2016 issued by the Government of Maharashtra,aPre-Bid Conference will be conducted at 1430 hours on July18 2016, at the following venue:
IMC Hall, IMC Marg,
Near Churchgate Station,
Churchgate, Mumbai,
Maharashtra 400020
2. All the interested potential bidders may participate in the Pre-Bid Conference. A maximum of 3 (three) representatives of each potential Bidder will be permitted entry. The representativesare advised to produce (i) duly issued authority letter from the potential Bidder and (ii) identity documents for entry into the Pre-Bid Conference.
3. The potential bidders are advised to send an emailon or before 12 noon on July 15, 2016, to mineralblockauction@mahadgm.gov.inwith the names of representatives of potential Bidders attending the Pre-Bid Conference. Such bidders may also send their queries on the email address mentioned above. The email should clearly bear the following subject line: “Pre-Bid Conference Participants | Bidder Name| Mineral Block”.
4. The Agenda of the meeting will be as follows:
a) Address by the Principal Secretary, Industries Department, Government of Maharashtra
b) Presentation on the auction process by SBICAP (Transaction Advisor)
c) Presentation/Demo of e-auction platform by MSTC (Auction Platform Provider)
d) Open house session to address queries of potential bidders
