As part of the Technical Training Session under the State Training Policy, the Directorate of Geology & Mining, Maharashtra organized an expert lecture by Shri Shaantanu Usha Padmakar Puranik, Director, M/s Srushti Seva Private Limited, Nagpur, on "Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) and Sustainable Mining."

An RQP recognized by the Indian Bureau of Mines (IBM) and an experienced environmental consultant, Shri Puranik shared valuable insights on environmental regulations, EIA, and sustainable mining practices with the Officers of the Directorate.
